Memorex MemScan Plus Scanner

I have recently upgraded to Windows 98SE but now find that my old scanner software (drivers) don't work properly. Methinks I need some new TWAIN drivers but can't find any reference to Memorex scanners anywhere to download new drivers from.
Anyone got any ideas ? (Except for dumping the old scanner and buying a new one ?)
Scanner is a rebadged unit from Tiawan, existing drivers are dated early 1998.
