hello,
I have a video card that written back of this card (ATI Radeon VE W/64 MB), but my windows that found : RADEON VE 7000 Family .
now , which model is correct and where I can get it`s driver for win98 and xp ?

ve family was the 7000 so windows is correct and under windows xp it has built in drivers.

98 drivers can be found here.
