In the process of upgrading to windows XP I managed to delete the driver for my cd writer
it is a yamaha CRW8424SX and is external.
searched everywhere but cannot find the cd, my son is getting the blame!!
Also I have not managed to find one that I can download
Would be immensely grateful if anyone can help

This is an external SCSI device so it's most likely the drivers for the SCSI controller that you require.
