wonder if anyone can help? i got a problem :(
running windows xp
i have recently installed icon catcher 3.0 and it works well but my problem is i am now trying to install a design software and need to open a file with an .dll ext but cant get it to open. when i looked in properties of file the first line read scan with icon catcher.
i had a look at all other files on my computer with a .dll file ext and they all seem to want to scan with icon catcher
i have tried to change to open with word, exel,photoshop,adobe & several others with no success.
i need to open this file, heeeelp :?

DLL is short for Dynamic Link Library, this is a file containing shared code that other programs can use. You would not normally want to open this type of file, it would be called by an application as and when it's needed.

Why do you want to open it?
