Need help battling mysterious box!!

For the entire 10 days I have owned this computer (Presario desktop 1.7GHz Pentium 4 512mb Ram) every time I startup Windows XP a mysterious box has popped up.




I do not know what to tell this box to do.:oops:

I am concerned that if I tell the box to "reseal the computer" it will cutoff acess to the programs I have installed (PhotoShop7, Nero Ultra6, Norton AntiVirus, Spybot, ACDSee Image Editing program...among others).

What is this box and why will it not stop popping up?

What should I tell it to do without damaging my system?
