harma mouse driver

i am looking for a driver for a HARMA wheel mouse
mouse part # HM-06A
i have been to the HARMA site but, for some reason am not able to access their driver page. Possible it doent like my browser? [firefox]
I am using mouse on Win98SE
Is it possible that there might be a generic wheel mouse driver available somewhere? i have W2K and XP pro on other machines.
