if it was a option it should be on your dell restore disk.
however if you don't have that disk you should be able to find the driver and software at dell.
look on your computer for its service tag number.
enter that number here at dell.
http://support.euro.dell.com/support/do ... l=en&s=gen
click the drivers and downloads link.

follow that and it will take you to all the downloads for your model.

it should be on the drivers and utilities disk.
put the disk in the cdrom , cance the start up

now go in to device manager and call up the tv card it will have a yellow ! next to it.
right click on that and select update driver.
let windows search the disk

if that don't work. go back to dell , download the driver they say is for the card.
unpack that driver in to a folder on your desk top.

again use device manager update driver option, this time don't let windows search , tell it where the driver is by pointing to it with the browse option.

if that fails i will need to know the make and model number of the tv card its self.
